No. Construction leaves behind drywall dust, paint overspray, caulk residue, adhesive, and debris in places standard cleaners don't even look. Post-reno cleaning requires specialized tools and training. We know what contractors leave behind because we clean it up every day.

Can you start right after the contractors leave?
Yes. We can schedule same-day or next-day in most cases. However, contractors should complete final walkthrough and any last-minute touch-ups first. Ideally, book us for the day after construction officially ends.

Will the cleaning damage my new finishes?
No. Our team is trained to clean new surfaces safely - we know which products, tools, and techniques are safe for fresh paint, new fixtures, and pristine finishes. We use contractor-grade cleaning methods without risking damage.

What if the contractors didn't finish everything?
That's between you and your contractor. We clean what they left behind - we don't do contractor-quality finishing work. If punch-list items remain, have your contractor complete them first, then we'll clean it all up.

Do you handle disposal of leftover materials?
For an add-on fee, yes. We can remove leftover lumber, drywall scraps, packaging, and other light construction waste. Ask about this during booking.

How long does post-reno cleaning typically take?
Depends on renovation size. A bathroom renovation: 4–6 hours. Kitchen: 6–8 hours. Full house: 8–12 hours or may require 2 days. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
